Weight Watchers-Friendly Mousse

Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup light whipped topping (like Cool Whip Light)

1 package (1 oz) sugar-free instant pudding mix (vanilla or butterscotch)

½ cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp raisins or chopped dates (optional, can substitute sugar-free chocolate chips)

½ tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of turmeric or a few drops of yellow food coloring (for color, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Add Yogurt:
    Gently mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until creamy and well blended.
  3. Fold in Whipped Topping:
    Using a spatula, fold in the light whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Add Mix-ins:
    Stir in raisins, chopped dates, or other add-ins of your choice.
  5. Chill:
    Spoon the mousse into small glass cups or mugs (like in the picture).
    Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until fully set and chilled.
  6. Serve:
    Enjoy as a guilt-free dessert or snack!
    Optionally, garnish with a few extra raisins or nuts on top.

💡 Tips:

For a fruit version, fold in diced pineapple, peaches, or berries.

To make it more protein-rich, use extra Greek yogurt and less whipped topping.

Each serving (½ cup) is approximately 2–3 WW points, depending on your mix-ins.
