Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work well)
3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (for garnish)
🔪 Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Slice them into ¼-inch (0.6 cm) thick rounds — try to keep them even so they bake uniformly. - Seasoning Mix
In a large bowl, combine olive oil (or butter), minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss the potato slices in this mixture until evenly coated. - Arrange on Tray
Place the slices slightly overlapping on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a greased baking dish (as shown in your image). - Bake
Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges. - Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve hot as a side dish or snack!
