Morning Healing Drink: Apple Cider Vinegar Remedy

Ingredients

2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

1 cup warm water (not hot)

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly (to about body temperature).
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir in honey and lemon juice if using.
  4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
