- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, eggs, and water.
- Beat together until the batter is smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or a 9×13 baking pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
