Ingredients
For the Shell
2 cups crushed vanilla biscuits (or ladyfingers)
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
For the Cream Filling
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Berry Center
1 cup berry jam (raspberry, cherry, or mixed berries)
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Coating
White chocolate (melted)
White sprinkles, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Shell
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- Add the melted white chocolate and mix to form a soft dough.
- Shape small half-balls using your hands or silicone molds.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Make the Cream Filling
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Keep chilled.
- Prepare the Berry Center
- Warm the berry jam slightly.
- If you want it thicker, mix in cornstarch and heat until it thickens.
- Cool completely.
- Assemble the Balls
- Take your half-shells and add a spoon of cream and a small spoon of berry jam in the center.
- Press another half-shell on top to close into a ball shape.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Coat
- Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.
- Immediately roll in sprinkles or coconut.
- Chill for another 15 minutes.
