Irresistible Cream and Berry-Filled Pastry Balls

Ingredients

For the Shell

2 cups crushed vanilla biscuits (or ladyfingers)

4 tbsp melted butter

1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)

For the Cream Filling

200 g cream cheese (softened)

1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Berry Center

1 cup berry jam (raspberry, cherry, or mixed berries)

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Coating

White chocolate (melted)

White sprinkles, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shell
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
  3. Add the melted white chocolate and mix to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape small half-balls using your hands or silicone molds.
  5. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  1. Make the Cream Filling
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  4. Keep chilled.
  1. Prepare the Berry Center
  2. Warm the berry jam slightly.
  3. If you want it thicker, mix in cornstarch and heat until it thickens.
  4. Cool completely.
  1. Assemble the Balls
  2. Take your half-shells and add a spoon of cream and a small spoon of berry jam in the center.
  3. Press another half-shell on top to close into a ball shape.
  4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  1. Coat
  2. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate.
  3. Immediately roll in sprinkles or coconut.
  4. Chill for another 15 minutes.
