Ingredients:
4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned; if frozen, thaw first)
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Optional: sprinkle of paprika or chili flakes for a mild kick
Instructions:
- Melt the Butter & Honey
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together.
Stir until smooth and slightly bubbling.
- Add the Corn
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir well to coat them evenly in the honey butter mixture.
Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and glossy.
- Add Cream Cheese
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese.
Continue stirring until the cream cheese melts completely and the sauce is creamy.
- Season
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat and top with chopped parsley or chives.
Optional: sprinkle paprika or chili flakes for a pop of color and flavor.
