Homemade Dulce de Leche with 2 Simple Ingredients, in Just a Few Minutes

Ingredients (2 Only!)

1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (350 g) white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

⭐ Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan:
Line a small square baking dish (20×20 cm / 8×8 inch) with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mixture:

Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

Add the condensed milk and mix until fully combined, shiny, and thick.

  1. Cook a little (optional but improves texture):

Microwave again for 30–60 seconds, stirring halfway.
This helps the mixture thicken like real dulce de leche fudge.

  1. Pour and smooth:
Pour the mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top.
  2. Chill:
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  3. Cut:
Remove from the pan and cut into small squares like in the picture.

⭐ Storage

Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
