For the Steak Bites:
500 g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
250 g (8 oz) medium pasta shells
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
🔥 Instructions
- Prepare the Pasta:
Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente.
Drain, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.
- Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the cream and milk, stirring until it starts to simmer.
Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in the cooked shells; if too thick, add a bit of pasta water.
- Cook the Steak Bites:
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a hot pan.
Sear steak bites on high heat for about 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and minced garlic, toss quickly until fragrant and coated.
Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.
- Combine & Serve:
Plate the creamy Parmesan shells.
Spoon garlic butter steak bites on top.
Drizzle with extra garlic butter from the pan.
Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley.
🍷 Tips
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the steak butter.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
You can replace heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
