Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
250g cream cheese, softened
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet (about 10–12) tea biscuits or graham crackers, crushed (optional base)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Layer
In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. - Cream Cheese Mixture
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat until creamy and lump-free. - Combine
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined and fluffy. - Assemble
If using a biscuit base, press crushed biscuits into the bottom of a dish.
Spread the fluffy cream mixture evenly on top.
Smooth the surface and score into squares as shown in the picture.
- Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
Serve
Cut into soft, creamy squares and enjoy chilled — a light, melt-in-your-mouth treat!
