– 3 large russet potatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
– 2 sweet onions, sliced ¼-inch thick

– 2 medium green bell peppers, diced

INSTRUCTIONS
1. **Prep**: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
