Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:6 medium potatoes (halved lengthwise)3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter½ cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp paprika1 tsp dried oregano (optional)Salt & black pepper to tasteFresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)Instructions:1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Mix olive oil (or butter), Parmesan, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.3. Brush or dip the cut side of each potato in the mixture and place cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.4. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden, crispy, and tender inside.5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
