Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare coating: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower:
First, coat each floret in beaten eggs.
Then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange & bake: Place florets on the baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake: for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle with shredded cheddar in the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
🍶 Dipping Sauce Suggestion:
Mix together:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
A pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)
