Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work best)
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme for extra flavor
Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes (leave the skin on if you like it extra crispy).
Soak the pieces in cold water for 15–20 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry completely. - Season Them
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. - Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp on all sides.
- Serve
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a main dish.
Tips
For extra crispiness, add ½ tsp cornstarch to the seasoning mix.
Try topping with Parmesan cheese after air frying for a savory twist.
