Creamy Cinnamon Cloud Dessert

Ingredients

2 cups (500 ml) milk

3 tbsp cornstarch

4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon (for topping)

  1. Mix the base:
    In a saucepan (off the heat), whisk together:

milk

cornstarch

sugar

Make sure there are no lumps.

  1. Cook the cream:
    Place on medium heat and cook while stirring constantly.
    In about 3–4 minutes, it will thicken into a smooth cream.
  2. Finish the flavor:
    Remove from heat and stir in:

butter

vanilla

Mix until silky and shiny.

  1. Pour & chill (optional):
    Pour into cups or a large dish.
    Smooth the top.
  2. Cinnamon magic:
    Generously sprinkle ground cinnamon on top — this gives the classic look and taste.
  3. Serve warm or cold:

Warm = creamy pudding

Cold (after 1 hour in the fridge) = firmer, mousse-like texture

💡 Tips for Extra Yum

Add a spoon of caramel at the bottom of each cup.

Replace 1 cup milk with coconut milk for a tropical twist.

Mix 1 tbsp cream cheese at the end for a richer cream.
