Condensed Milk Cake – Ultra-Moist & Irresistibly Sweet

Ingredients

1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk

4 large eggs

120 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

120 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: 2 tbsp milk (for a softer texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a 20 cm (8-inch) round cake pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients
    In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients
    In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix!
  4. Bake
    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool & Serve
    Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
    Serve warm or chilled — it’s delicious both ways!

Optional Glaze (for an extra treat)

Mix ½ cup sweetened condensed milk with 2 tbsp melted butter and drizzle over the warm cake.
