Celery–Parsley Lime Fresh Green Juice

Ingredients

3–4 stalks celery, washed and chopped

1 small bunch fresh parsley (about 1 cup loosely packed)

1 lime, peeled

1 cup cold water

Optional:

1 small green apple (for sweetness)

½ inch ginger (for extra cleansing & digestion)

Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients:
    Chop the celery, peel the lime, and roughly tear the parsley.
  2. Blend:
    Add celery, parsley, lime, and water to a blender.
    If using apple or ginger, add them too.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and bright green.
  4. Strain (optional):
    Use a fine strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother juice.
  5. Serve immediately over ice for maximum freshness.
