- Prepare the veggies:
In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and potato (or cheese). - Add flavor:
Add the chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well. - Bind the mixture:
Add the eggs and flour. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a thick mixture.
(If it’s too wet, add a bit more flour.) - Shape the rolls:
Take a small portion and shape into logs or patties. - Cook:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each roll on all sides until golden brown and crisp. - Serve:
Serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce, ketchup, or chili dip.
💡 Tips
You can bake them at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes for a lighter version.
Add shredded cheese for a richer taste.
