Bay Leaf: The Natural Wrinkle Eraser for Ageless Beauty

Ingredients:

5 fresh or dried bay leaves

1 cup (250 ml) of water

1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel (optional, for hydration)

2–3 drops of vitamin E oil or rose water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a small saucepan.
