Ingredients:
5 fresh or dried bay leaves
1 cup (250 ml) of water
1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel (optional, for hydration)
2–3 drops of vitamin E oil or rose water (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the water in a small saucepan.
- Add the bay leaves and simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Strain the liquid and pour it into a clean glass bottle.
- If you like, mix in aloe vera gel or vitamin E oil for extra moisture.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
How to use:
Apply the toner to your face and neck using a cotton pad, morning and evening after cleansing.
Let it dry naturally — no need to rinse.
Follow with your regular moisturizer or serum.
