1 medium Aloe vera leaf (fresh gel extracted)
1 stick or 1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup warm water
1 tsp honey (optional, for taste)
🔧 Preparation
- Extract the Gel:
Cut the Aloe Vera leaf, scoop out the clear gel, and rinse it to remove any yellow residue (which can be bitter). - Blend It:
Add the Aloe Vera gel to a blender with a cup of warm water. - Add Cinnamon:
Mix in cinnamon powder or steep a cinnamon stick in hot water for 5 minutes before adding the Aloe mix. - Sweeten (Optional):
Add honey if desired, and stir well. - Serve:
