Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons butter (optional, for serving)

Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Potatoes:
    Scrub the potatoes well and pat them completely dry with a towel.
    Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to let steam escape.
  2. Season:
    Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to coat evenly.
  3. Air Fry:

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).

Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through.

They’re done when the skin is crispy and a fork slides in easily.

  1. Serve:
    Slice open each potato, fluff the insides with a fork, and add butter.
    Sprinkle with chives or green onions.
