Fluffy No-Bake Cream Cheese Dessert SquaresRecipe

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

250g cream cheese, softened

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 packet (about 10–12) tea biscuits or graham crackers, crushed (optional base)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Layer
    In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Cream Cheese Mixture
    In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Combine
    Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Assemble

If using a biscuit base, press crushed biscuits into the bottom of a dish.

Spread the fluffy cream mixture evenly on top.

Smooth the surface and score into squares as shown in the picture.

  1. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.

Serve

Cut into soft, creamy squares and enjoy chilled — a light, melt-in-your-mouth treat!
