Ingredients
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved (or any potatoes, chopped)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
1 small onion, sliced (optional but delicious)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Optional: ¼ cup chicken broth for extra moisture
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes
Wash and cut potatoes in halves (or cubes). Add them to your slow cooker. - Mix the seasoning
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. - Coat the potatoes
Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Add sliced onions if using. Toss to coat evenly. - Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Stir once halfway through for even flavor.
- Finish & serve
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy warm and buttery!
