The Classic No-Bake Treat Everyone Loves
Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Coating:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)
1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother coating)
Instructions
- Make the Peanut Butter Center
- In a large bowl, beat together:
peanut butter
softened butter
vanilla
- Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll into small 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Prepare the Chocolate Coating
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave (20-second intervals) or double boiler.
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Dip & Set
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place back on the tray to set.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Storage
Fridge: up to 2 weeks
Freezer: up to 3 months
