Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate

The Classic No-Bake Treat Everyone Loves

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Coating:

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother coating)

Instructions

  1. Make the Peanut Butter Center
  2. In a large bowl, beat together:

peanut butter

softened butter

vanilla

  1. Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Roll into small 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  1. Prepare the Chocolate Coating
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave (20-second intervals) or double boiler.
  3. Stir until completely smooth.
  1. Dip & Set
  2. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate.
  3. Place back on the tray to set.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Storage

Fridge: up to 2 weeks

Freezer: up to 3 months
