Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups Jarlsberg cheese, shredded

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

(Optional additions for extra flavor: 1 clove minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or a sprinkle of paprika on top.)

🔥 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded Jarlsberg cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onion, and parsley.
  3. Mix until fully blended and creamy.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Cool slightly before serving — it will thicken as it rests.

🍞 Serving Ideas:

Serve warm with Triscuit crackers, crostini, or toasted baguette slices.

Use as a topping for baked potatoes or burgers.

Delicious as a spread in sandwiches or wraps.
