Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. - Prepare the Steaks
Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air Fry the Steaks
Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer (as shown in your image).
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
For medium-rare: ~8 minutes
For medium: ~10 minutes
For well done: ~12 minutes
- Make Garlic Butter
While steaks cook, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Finish & Serve
Once cooked, brush the hot steaks with the garlic butter mixture.
Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.

Serve with mashed potatoes, air fryer roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
