Lemon Cake To Die For

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 box instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup oil

3 eggs

1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, eggs, and water.
  3. Beat together until the batter is smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or a 9×13 baking pan.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing — enjoy the lemony goodness!

Optional: For extra flavor, poke small holes in the warm cake and drizzle with a lemon glaze (mix 1 cup powdered sugar + 2 tbsp lemon juice).
