Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon per ramekin)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare ramekins:
Lightly grease each ramekin with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of water into each ramekin.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin carefully, keeping the yolk intact.
- Air fry the eggs at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 6 minutes for runny yolks or 7 to 8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Cooking time may vary slightly depending on your air fryer model.
- Remove carefully:
Use tongs or an oven mitt to lift the ramekins out.
Let them cool for 1–2 minutes, then gently loosen the egg with a spoon and slide it onto a plate.
- Season and serve:
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any of your favorite toppings like herbs, chili flakes, or grated cheese.
Tips:
For extra flavor, you can add a tiny pat of butter before cooking.
If you want softer whites, reduce the cooking time by 1 minute.
Great to serve on toast, avocado, or English muffins.
