Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

2 tbsp chopped parsley

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken:
    In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
    In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Combine:
    Return chicken to pan, coat well in garlic butter, and cook 1–2 minutes more. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with Parmesan and serve hot over creamy pasta.

🍝 Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or spaghetti

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta:
    Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce:
    In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in cream and simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  3. Combine:
    Add pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish:
    Sprinkle parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Plate the creamy pasta beside the garlic butter chicken bites. Spoon some extra buttery sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
