1 lb (450 g) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
- Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. - Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant. - Combine:
Return chicken to pan, coat well in garlic butter, and cook 1–2 minutes more. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. - Serve:
Garnish with Parmesan and serve hot over creamy pasta.

Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside. - Make the Sauce:
