3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast Soufflé

Ingredients:

4 large eggs

1 cup milk (whole or evaporated works best)

½ cup all-purpose flour

Optional (for flavor):

A pinch of salt or sugar depending on if you want it sweet or savory

Cheese, vanilla, or cinnamon (optional add-ins)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 180°C (350°F). Grease a medium baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Blend ingredients: In a blender or bowl, combine eggs, milk, and flour until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the baking dish.
  4. Bake: Place in the oven for about 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and puffed up.
  5. Serve immediately: The soufflé will deflate slightly after removing from the oven — that’s normal!
