Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1½ cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular, unsweetened)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt. Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms — don’t overmix.
- Transfer & shape: Pour the dough into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake: Place in the oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
