2-Ingredient Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising flour

1½ cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular, unsweetened)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt. Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms — don’t overmix.
  3. Transfer & shape: Pour the dough into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake: Place in the oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool: Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Optional Add-ins (for flavor):

A pinch of salt or sugar

Herbs (like rosemary or thyme)

Shredded cheese or garlic for a savory version

A drizzle of honey for a sweet touch
